Our peptide candidates are designed using biocomputing, structural biology and the development of structure-activity relationships through the focused synthesis of multiple peptide analogs. Our experience covers a wide range of technologies, including the use of non-coded amino acids, conformational constraints, modification of the peptide backbone, and conjugation with PK-enhancing moieties.
